J Darrell Gascho Coaching & Consulting

With over 25 years in leadership, Darrell serves a diverse group of clients: executives in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, emerging leaders, athletes, entrepreneurs with growing startups, public school administrators, and all who desire to create big internal shifts in their lives to achieve outer results. In addition, Darrell facilitates groups on topics of leadership, self-awareness, team effectiveness, and embodied organizational mission and vision. He is committed to helping each person design a life they are passionate and excited to live.

He is Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), with an Associate Certified Coach credential from International Coaching Federation. Darrell is also an Enneagram Accredited Practitioner, Certified Talent Optimization Consultant with Predictive Index and trained in Somatic Attachment Therapy. In addition he is a Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through iPEC.

He is known for his strength of dynamic listening, vulnerability, compassion, and creating a safe space for challenging questions. Darrell is committed to helping people choose who they want to BE in the world. He enjoys connecting with nature, cooking, adventures, and meaningful conversations over a hot cup of coffee/tea. Darrell has three children and lives with his partner in Indiana.
