Michiana Master Gardeners' Spring Celebration-Public Seminar
Michiana Master Gardeners' Public Seminar "What are GMO's" To be presented by Dr. Peter Goldsbrough a botany professor from Purdue University and Andrew Robinson an agronomist with Mycogen Seeds. They will explain what is a GMO, how are they produced and used and provide a balanced perspective on the issues that surround the use of GMO's. MMGA holds its annual seminar in cooperation with Purdue University Extension-Elkhart County, a non-profit organization using it's fund for scholarships, community gardens, community outreach and education. Purdue University is an affirmative action, equal access/equal opportunity institution.
