Introduction to Linocut workshop
Event Description:
Join us for an introduction to the lino-cut relief printing technique.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4 hour workshop spread into two evenings
In this workshop, you will learn how to use various carving tools and traditional techniques to create a unique one color lino-cut block of your own. You will also learn how to ink your carved block and try hand burnishing your design, as well as using a tabletop Vandercook proofing press.
Workshop Suited for age 15 and up.
