FREE Healthy Living Program for Seniors!

The Council on Aging of Elkhart County is proud to partner with Goshen Health and Purdue Extension of Elkhart County to bring you this special program packed with practical tips and fun activities.

Dr. Rebecca Johnson, DO, of Goshen Physicians Family Medicine, shares expert advice on how to eat well and prepare delicious meals—perfect for cooking for one! We’ll follow that up with a fun and interactive chair fitness demonstration led by Purdue Extension! Bring a friend and don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to improve your health, connect with others, and walk away with tools to thrive. (Plus snacks & goody bags for all participants!)

The program will be held at Goshen Hospital, 200 High Park Avenue on Thursday, February 27th in the Birch Conference Room from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Registration is not required.
