We'll follow that up with a fun and interactive chair fitness demonstration led by Purdue Extension! Bring a friend and don't miss this wonderful opportunity to improve your health\, connect with others\, and walk away with tools to thrive. (Plus snacks & goody bags for all participants!)\n\nThe program will be held at Goshen Hospital\, 200 High Park Avenue on Thursday\, February 27th in the Birch Conference Room from 2:00   4:00 PM.
