Goshen Health offers a health screening day

Schedule an appointment during our next Wellness Wednesday screening event on Wednesday, January 10. This screening event is located on the second floor of the Community Wellness, High Park building at 1721 South Main Street in Goshen, next to Goshen Hospital. Health screenings can give you important information about your overall health. They can also identify an illness or serious health condition that may need medical care. Our healthcare professionals will answer your questions and can make simple recommendations for a healthier lifestyle based on your results. Unless noted otherwise, the following health screenings at this event are free: • Blood pressure, pulse and blood oxygen levels • Diabetes risk assessments • Bone density heel scans (women over 50 only) • Body mass index • Cholesterol ($20 fee) Screenings will be done by appointment only, no walk-in screenings accepted.
