Creative Costume Contest (Homemade)

"Creative Costume Contest" Costumes must be homemade.  Categories: 5 and under; 6-11 and 12-18. Top 3 winners in each category will receive a prize. Registrations must be completed by 9:00p on October 21. Forms will be available at Customer Service on October 1.
