LouAnn Dobbins, MS – Professional Biography
LouAnn Dobbins was Coordinator of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Business Development for New Avenues, Inc., a position she held from 2008 through 2019. In this role, LouAnn worked with human resource professionals and business managers in setting-up and servicing their organizations with customized employee assistance programs. LouAnn conducted EAP employee orientations and supervisor trainings as well as training covering a variety of behavioral issues in the workplace. Additionally, she represented New Avenues at local and regional marketing expos, participates in benefit and health fairs and other client events. LouAnn now works with New Avenues on a contractual basis to present on mental health topics.
LouAnn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science degree from Indiana University South Bend. She has over 30 years’ experience in the field of behavioral health.
LouAnn was a member of the Michiana Society of Human Resource
