In this role\, LouAnn worked with human resource professionals and business managers in setting-up and servicing their organizations with customized employee assistance programs. LouAnn conducted EAP employee orientations and supervisor trainings as well as training covering a variety of behavioral issues in the workplace. Additionally\, she represented New Avenues at local and regional marketing expos\, participates in benefit and health fairs and other client events. LouAnn now works with New Avenues on a contractual basis to present on mental health topics.\n\nLouAnn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Science degree from Indiana University South Bend.
