To sweeten the deal, pancakes, maple syrup, sausages, and drinks will be included in the program price. Following the class, backyard sugarin’ kits will also be available for purchase. Cost is $3.50/person and pre-registration before February 23 at 4 p.m. is required in order to attend. To pre-register, please call the Elkhart County Parks administration office at 574-535-6458.
