Surf Internet Welcomes Todd Weeks as Vice President of Field Operations 4/22/2025

ELKHART, Ind. (April 16, 2025) – Surf Internet® is pleased to announce that Todd Weeks has joined the company as Vice President of Field Operations. In this newly created leadership role, Weeks will oversee Surf’s service repair and new customer installation operations—ensuring high-quality delivery, streamlined processes, and outstanding customer experiences.
Weeks brings nearly 30 years of experience in telecommunications and field operations, having served in a wide range of leadership roles at AT&T since 1998. Most recently, he was Lead Data Analyst for AT&T’s east regional staff, supporting field operations across a 22-state footprint. Over the years, he has led teams focused on outside plant engineering, capital fiber builds, field service management, performance reporting, and process improvement.

His focus will include improving installation and service response times, implementing operational best practices, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
