Insight Accounting Group will be presenting "Valuing Your Business & Business Succession" seminar on Thursday, October 24th from 11:30am to 1:00pm here at the Goshen Chamber building. Matt Pletcher, CPA, CGMA and Robert Mendoza, CPA, CVA, CGMA will be presenting, as well as a representative from the law firm Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer, & Buckingham LLP.
Matt and Robert will discuss the questions every owner should ask before selling or transferring their business. What is the value of my business? When, to whom and how do I sell or transfer my business? They will also highlight the tax considerations every buyer or seller must consider when selling or transferring their business.
