In this session, we will define terms, describe real-world scenarios that desktop virtualization can and can’t address, and separate vendor hype from reality. We will be discussing and comparing the strengths and weaknesses of VDI, Terminal Services, and Citrix and how each of them addresses striking a balance between IT control and user happiness.
