Support Group to discuss ?Caring for Heart Disease? on October 20th
Goshen Health System?s Heart Healthy Eating group will discuss ?Caring for Heart Disease: Where to Begin with Dietary Changes? on Wednesday, October 20 at 8:30 a.m. in the Hickory/Sycamore Conference Room at Goshen General Hospital, 200 High Park Avenue.
Join us for our Heart Healthy breakfast and gain valuable knowledge on not only dietary changes, but wonderful resources available to the public for accurate education and alteration of recipes.
The Heart Healthy Eating Support Group is a free service to the community. Those with heart disease and their family members are encouraged to attend. A light breakfast will be provided for a charge of $3. Please call 574-535-2505, ext. 1102, by October 18 to register.
