Nancy Owsianowski is President of Roundtable Consulting, LLC. Nancy is a seasoned
organizational effectiveness professional with 14+ years’ experience in facilitating, training and
coaching. Her straightforward yet insightful approach helps teams, individuals and organizations

Her clients include small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit Boards. Nancy’s expertise

of 32 years, 2 dogs and a cat (who thinks he’s a dog!), 2 grown children living in the area, many
extended family members, and friends who have become family.
