CAREGIVER'S NAVIGATION EVENT
This event is a must attend for all caregivers and future caregivers! The role of caregiver can be rewarding, but can also be confusing, difficult and overwhelming. Caregiver’s Navigation is a special event designed to help provide resources and education for caregivers.
The event is brought to you by The Council on Aging, Firefly Homecare, Greencroft Goshen along with several IU Health Goshen Departments (Goshen Home Medical, Home Care & Hospice, the Retreat, Community Wellness and Education).
The cost is only $10 per person ($15 on the day of the event) and includes luncheon, sessions and materials. Register by calling 877-566-4660.
There will also be exhibitors ready to answer any questions and exciting door prizes such as:
