Wake Up, Goshen! Ivy Tech Community College
Workforce and Workforce Development are a topic of conversation with just about every company in the Goshen area, companies of all sizes. How do we attract, how do we retain, and how do we grow are all questions every company has dealt with in this competitive employment market.

- In particular, apprenticeships can train existing workers and establish a pipeline for new employees.
- Learn more about the companies using training for retention and about the partnership that is creating a new apprenticeship model.
