ULEAD, Inc. Adds Two New Board Members
GOSHEN, Ind. – ULEAD welcomes two new board members, Jacob Palcic and Kim Nguyen. With backgrounds in the legal realm and public education, the two board members will aid in the organization’s growth.
Palcic is an associate attorney at Yoder, Ainlay, Ulmer & Buckingham, LLP in Goshen, Indiana, with a focus on litigation, governmental, and corporate law. Jacob received a B.A. in philosophy and theology from the University of Notre Dame, and his law degree from Duke University. Palcic says he “believes that with the help of ULEAD’s custom, research-based training experiences, the next generation of business and youth leaders can be inspired to lead others with sensitivity and a service-oriented attitude.”
After spending 18 years in public education, Nguyen joined the corporate world as Director of Talent & Development for Wildman Business Group. Kim graduated from Grace College with a B.S. in biology and a M.S. in education and educational administration through Indiana Wesleyan University.
President of ULEAD, Ritch Hochstetler says, “Both Jacob and Kim will bring their vast knowledge and experience to the organization, as well as a fresh perspective that will be helpful as we continue to grow and expand our reach.”
