TCU Celebrates Day of Giving by Volunteering at more than 45 Non-Profit Organizations

On Monday, October 10, employees of Teachers Credit Union (TCU) will spend the day volunteering in communities across the state of Indiana and into southwestern Michigan during TCU’s Day of Giving. TCU previously hosted its Day of Giving single-day, corporate-wide days of service in 2018 and 2019. This is the credit union’s first year back to hosting this event after the pandemic.

Nearly 700 TCU employees will give back at more than 45 different non-profit locations and media are invited to visit activities in their area. In support of this important day, TCU’s 50+ banking branches, corporate, and auxiliary offices will be closed to serve others in a wide variety of community projects, schools, and charitable organizations.

“We're proud to impact the lives of people in the communities we serve,” said Jason Osterhage, president and CEO, TCU. “Our Day of Giving embodies our strong culture of community and allows our employees to come together and help make a difference.”

TCU employees will be available for interviews in your area. Contact Jeremy Riffle with questions, or to schedule an interview at 317.447.4998 or jriffle@tcunet.com.
