PRESS RELEASE: Elkhart County Board of REALTORSÒ announces the 2020 Affiliate of the Year – Tim Weldy Hometown Mortgage
Affiliate OF THE YEAR AWARD RECEPIENTS: Tim Weldy
The Elkhart County Board of REALTORSÒ hosted its annual Member Appreciation Dinner and announced the REALTOR® and Affiliate of the Year at Elcona Country Club on January 31, 2020. The Banquet provides an opportunity for the organization to recognize and thank their many volunteers and the leadership team.
Each year, the Elkhart County Board selects one of our 120 Business Partners as the “Affiliate of the Year”. This award is given to a company or individual who has shown a commitment to service and excellence and embodies the spirit of true professionals.
The Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® awarded Tim Weldy, Mortgage Loan Officer and Owner of Hometown Mortgage, as the 2020 Affiliate of the Year. Hometown Mortgage joined the Elkhart County Board of Realtors in 2013 and has been an avid supporter of the Realtors Political Action Committee as well as someone who has been recognized by his peers as being committed ensuring his customers are served with the highest degree of care. Tim has been in banking, finance and the mortgage business for 24 years. Tim has been married for over 23 years and has 2 daughters. The Elkhart County Board of Realtors is pleased to recognize Tim Weldy as our 2020 Affiliate of the Year.
