Women In Business Luncheon-Mindi Swihart-Reflections of Health, LLC
Mindi Swihart, a Goshen native, started Reflections of Health. LLC in 2003. She is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Mindi teaches classes throughout Elkhart County; including Piyo, HIIT, Bootcamp, and SHRED 60. She also offers one-on-one training in the comfort of her client’s home.
On February 21st, Mindi will be sharing some helpful tips for staying on track with regular exercise and healthy eating. Mindi will also be teaching some exercises you can do while at work to fit activity in throughout the day.
This luncheon will be interactive so please plan to wear comfy clothes if possible.
