Elkhart Wears Blue
Last year there were 450 substantiated cases of child abuse and neglect in Elkhart County. Let's reduce those numbers even further by creating an awareness. April 5 is designated the official Elkhart Wears Blue day. You can wear blue or display blue balloons or ribbons at your place of business. April is also National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
