Children's Rally
Open to the community – Join CAPS – Child And Parent Services at the Elkhart Civic Plaza from noon to 1 p.m. to make a statement against child abuse. Mayor Tom Neese will make a proclamation and Magistrate Deborah Domine will address child abuse today as it relates to Elkhart County. Participants are encouraged to wear blue and bring a sign that reveals how they support children or pledge to support children in the coming year.
