Monthly Peer-to-Peer Experience

The Community Foundation is in our 13th year of offering the CEO Roundtables - an innovative peer-to-peer learning environment to benefit Elkhart County nonprofit leaders!

Through our Organization Effectiveness Resource Center, we are able to provide this monthly networking opportunity that focuses on sharing experiences instead of giving advice. The customized discussions address current, tangible issues including board relations, organizational sustainability, fundraising, human resources, staff development and much more.

The peer-to-peer roundtables help sharpen the nonprofit leadership in our county, while strengthening all of us and improving the quality of life in our community.

When do these happen?
The Community Foundation offers 3 different, monthly roundtables. Our staff will work with you to find the best group and time to meet your needs.

Who can be involved?
Nonprofit CEO or executive directors only

What is the cost?
$250 annual commitment fee for each participant. The Community Foundation is pleased to underwrite the remaining cost of the expert facilitator.

How do I get involved?
Simply reply to this email with your name and organization.
