October 31, 2018 - Interra Credit Union was the top ranked credit union in Indiana, based on Return of the Member (ROM) performance during the second quarter of 2018, as reported by creditunions.com.
Designed by Callahan and Associates, a national credit union support organization, Return of the Member is a comprehensive metric that uses savings, lending and product usage to quantify member value and assign a score to every credit union in the United States.
“At Interra, we are ecstatic about this designation,” noted Andy Marshall, Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. “It reinforces the value of the work we do every day to serve our members.”
Headquartered in Goshen, Indiana, Interra Credit Union’s assets are approaching $1.2 billion. The credit union’s field of membership spans 18 counties in northern Indiana, serving more than 80,000 members.
