TEAM:BARIATRICS offering Free Seminar
Making healthy lifestyle changes and achieving your goals to lose weight can be difficult on your own. On Thursday, Sept. 23, Team:Bariatrics in Goshen, Ind., is offering a free seminar to share how their team of experts can develop a plan around your individual weight-loss needs.
At the free seminar, beginning at 5:30 p.m. (in the Arbor Conference Center of Goshen General Hospital, 200 High Park Ave., Goshen, Ind.), participants will have a chance to discuss the complete Team:Bariatrics weight-loss program with a healthcare professional and address insurance and financing concerns.
TEAM:BARIATRICS supports each patient with a team of weight-loss experts including surgeons, physicians, a nurse practitioner, dietitians and a personal trainer, not to mention an on-site dedicated fitness center and emotional support.
