Tae Kwon Do Camp

This introductory class offers participants the opportunity to explore the basic techniques of Tae Kwon Do in a cooperative, non-competitive environment. Class instruction includes warm-ups, fundamentals, introduction to forms, one-step sparring and self-defense, kicking and punching drills and exercises. The class meets at Goshen Tae Kwon Do Academy, 120 North Main Street. Pre-registration is required and is currently being accepted at the Park Office. Ages: 5+ Dates: July 10–13 Time: 5–6 pm Fee: $30
