This new park program takes place on Thursday evenings at the "red barn" at Fidler Pond Park. Connect with nature, take in the serenity of this venue, enhance your knowledge, connect with others and have some good old fashioned outdoor fun! On Thursday, August 20, we will be showing the documentary "Green Fire", which explores the life and legacy of America's pioneering naturalist Aldo Leopold. This impactful film shows how Leopold came to realize that land is not just a commodity we own, but is a part of the community we all live in. His land ethic philosophy has shaped conservation and the modern environmental movement. This movie will be shown outdoors on a "monster screen", so please bring your blankets and chairs.
