Do you like to eat until you feel full, but feel like your diet won?t let you? On Sept. 15 the Goshen Health System Heart Healthy Eating group will meet to learn how you can eat more food while limiting your calorie intake.
Interested to know how? Join the Heart Healthy Eating group on Wednesday, September 15 at 8:30 a.m. at Goshen General Hospital, 200 High Park Avenue, in the Hickory/Sycamore Rooms, to learn about the principle that allows you to eat more food while actually consuming fewer calories.
Those with heart disease and their family members are encouraged to attend.
The Heart Healthy Eating Support Group is a free service to the community. A light breakfast will be provided for a charge of $3. Please call (574) 535-2505, ext. 1102, by September 13 to register.
