Cardiac Club to Meet September 14th

On Sept. 14 the Hospitalist Program at Goshen General Hospital is providing community members with a chance to learn about our hospitalists and how they can help you.

At the September Cardiac Club Meeting, Dr. John Hawkins, MD, board-certified internal medicine specialist and hospitalist at Goshen General Hospital will discuss ?Goshen Hospital?s Hospitalists? at 7:00 pm at Greencroft Senior Center, 1820 Greencroft Blvd, Goshen.

A hospitalist is a specialist in the field of internal medicine who cares only for hospitalized patients. Apogee is the group of hospitalists at Goshen General Hospital. They are trust hospitalists who do not have a medical practice outside the hospital, enabling them to focus exclusively on your inpatient care while in the hospital. Dr. Hawkins will answer questions related to hospitalists including the benefits of hospitalists, expectations while in the hospital, billing of services, etc.
