CAPS/ADEC Open House: Farewell to the Joy Rose Center
Join CAPS and ADEC in saying goodbye to the Joy Rose Center on June 29, 2017, from 1pm-5pm at 1000 W. Hively Ave, Elkhart, IN 46517. For over 50 years, our building has been a home for a variety of organizations Elkhart County. CAPS will be moving into a new building in August and our Joy Rose Center will be torn down. Enjoy our facility with a display of photographic memories from CAPS and ADEC throughout our building. CAPS will also present a "timeline" for our guests to write fond memories of their experience in the building and tour the halls. Light refreshment will also be served.
