2017 FLU SHOTS
Flu shots will be available to the community this flu season. Must be over 10 years of age and have a parent/guardian signature if under 18. Cost is $25 payable by cash, check or credit card. See schedule and locations below. No registration necessary. For more information, call (574) 364-2496.
