TCU Adds Anthony Douglas Sr. and Stephanie Hoetger-Moncayo to Mortgage Team



 
South Bend, IN – TCU is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony “AD” Douglas Sr. as a Mortgage Community Development Officer and Stephanie Hoetger-Moncayo as a bilingual mortgage originator with TCU Mortgage.
 
As TCU’s first Mortgage Community Development Officer, Anthony will focus on underserved communities, providing financial literacy, credit counseling, and homeownership preparedness to TCU members and prospective members with the goal of helping them attain home ownership. Anthony transitions into this role with 35 years of financial experience, most recently as an assistant branch manager with TCU. Anthony has extensive experience in community development, including 15 years as a bank community reinvestment act (CRA) officer and will focus on strengthening TCU’s standing in underserved areas.
 
Stephanie transitions into the role of mortgage loan originator after serving as a universal banker at TCU’s Lincoln Way West branch. Stephanie is bilingual and will help TCU better serve Spanish speaking members who are interested in becoming homeowners. With her attention to detail, Stephanie provides exceptional service throughout the homebuying process.
