2018 was our second record year in a row. We are proud of the support we have received from the professional builders in our market. We have doubled our staff in the last 18 months, and are planning to continue building our team of associates in 2019
“We have been able to attract solid professionals to add to our team, even during one of the toughest labor markets I have seen in my career. In discussions with our contractor customers we know that skilled labor is difficult to find. We have created two Apprentice level positions in Field Service and Kitchen Design in an effort to attract new talent to the building trade industry that we serve,” stated owner Justin Leatherman.
We are always looking for experienced professionals in the building trades industry, but will train candidates with a proven performance history and growth potential. Our apprentice positions do not require any experience but a commitment to learn key roles in our service and design departments.
 

• Cabinet Installation – Experienced finish carpenter installing Wellborn and Mouser Cabinets and countertops for both new construction and remodeling customers.
• Field Service Apprentice – Service technician installing and servicing window, door and cabinet applications.
• Project Manager - Service Department- Customer contact, quotation preparation, purchasing, scheduling field staff.
• Cabinet Design Apprentice – Our Kitchen Design team is looking for our next great designer. We will train the person with the right attitude and aesthetic.
• Warehouse Associate – Duties include receiving inbound shipments, pulling customer orders, light assembly and deliveries. A DOT physical will be required, but CDL license is not.
