Elkhart County Board of Realtors® 2020 REALTOR® OF THE YEAR
Goshen, IN –Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® announces the 2020 REALTOR® of the Year.
The REALTORâ of the Year award stands for the highest principals in real estate practice. The REALTORâ of the Year is selected for their professionalism, community service and Board activity both past and present. The REALTORâ of the Year award recognizes one special volunteer whose qualities embody the REALTORâ spirit and whose contributions have kept the Board moving forward on the road to excellence.
The Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® named Maria Pendley, an agent with Susie Tucker Realty, as the 2020 REALTOR® of the Year on Friday, January 31st at their annual Member Appreciation Dinner. Maria joined the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS® in July of 2001 as an agent with Susie Tucker Realty. Maria has remained with the same firm throughout her career. Maria’s many business achievements are notable and she serves her customers and clients with the highest of ethical standards. She has spent a good amount of time as a volunteer for the Elkhart County Board of Realtors. She is currently the Co -Chair of ECBOR’s Marketing Committee and was the Chairperson of the Business Networking Committee for over 17 years. During that time, she helped raised funds for many local organizations including the Goshen and Elkhart Salvation Army, Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, Elkhart Cancer Resources, Loveway and the list goes on. Maria also served on the Elkhart County Board of Directors. Maria runs a successful real estate business yet still finds time to volunteer and spend time with her family. Her energy is endless and her smile contagious. She is always on the go and in addition to her Real Estate career she can be found every Thursday morning at the Eastside Athletic club teaching a spinning class. We are pleased to award Maria with the 2020 Realtor of the Year Award.
