GOSHEN—January 25, 2019—Late last year, Robb Huber was recognized for his 25 years of service at DJ Construction.
 
Huber joined DJ in 1993 as a carpenter, progressing through his career and is currently the Service Group Manager.
 
DJ CEO Bob Schrock had this to say, “Robb is the perfect fit to lead DJ Construction’s Service Group. We know that it is extremely important for our culture be on display to our clients by those who model our core values of integrity, commitment, relationships and excellence. Robb not only has those values, but is defined by them!”
 
Huber is a 1986 graduate of Northridge High School and completed a four year apprenticeship program with ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors). Robb attends Sugar Grove Church and has served as a Notre Dame Football usher and Game Management team leader for 21 years. Robb, his wife Kristin and two children, Evan and Emily live in Goshen. In his spare time, Robb enjoys working outside in the yard, attending his kids’ events and being around the grill in the summer.
 
As he reflected on his career with DJ, Robb said “As I reflect back, with all the lessons learned and relationships I have made, from being a part of so many projects, all are such a big part of who I am today! The Service Group manager role has been a true joy, not only allowing me to work with a great team but also giving me the opportunity to be involved with literally hundreds of projects & clients to make a difference in their work environment so they can impact the community in their own ways. Yes, the Service side can have its own challenges but having the DJ values behind us makes it so much easier in the way we handle & deal with any situation.” Some of Huber’s notable clients and projects include The Blue Gate Theater, Essenhaus, Nappanee Missionary Church, Jayco, Greencroft, Syracuse Animal Shelter, Ruth Miller House women’s shelter and Middlebury Church of the Brethren.
 
In honor of his 25^th anniversary, DJ Construction gifted Robb a 25-year watch and sent the Huber family on a trip to Mackinac Island last summer.
