About Us

The Window, Inc. is a faith-based, non-profit organization that provides services to meet the basic needs of anyone with a limited income. These services are available to people without regard to race, age, color, religion, sex, disability, national heritage or ancestry. The Window staff and volunteers cooperate with area churches, service organizations, businesses and other agencies to meet current needs, identify unmet needs and plan services to meet these needs. Hours of operation: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Programs: Katie’s Kitchen, Pantry, Meals on Wheels and Clothes Closet. Handicap accessible shower and laundry facilities are also available. Service: Social Service agency with over 150 active volunteers. Funding: businesses, churches, clubs and individuals. No United Way assistance. Membership: Desire to volunteer to help others in a Christian environment.
