The mission of Goshen Health is to improve the health of the people who live and work in Goshen, Elkhart County and surrounding communities by providing innovative and outstanding care. Get Fit-Get Healthy is a wellness program for employers to give their employees information, education, coaching and support to assess their overall health, to set wellness goals and to provide support to reach those goals. One-on-one, high-touch coaching, regular check-ins and confidentiality are integral parts of the program.
