SPARK Learning Lab is teaming up with The SOURCE to help you best utilize your grant funds to have the biggest impact on the children you serve.\n\n \n\n \n\nYou'll join other program providers throughout your region to strategize and create a plan for how to use your Child Care Stabilization funds. Not only can you connect with others in your field\, but we're inviting 4 business experts\, who will offer you a free consultation as you put a plan in place to best utilize your grant funds.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nWe understand you may not feel like a business pro. You got in the field of ECE because you're passionate about children. However\, you probably quickly realized that business skills are an essential part of maintaining the services that you are passionate about providing. He began his professional career with Crowe Chizek in Elkhart\, IN from 1982 1987 achieving Audit manager status in April 1987\, then to Family & Children's Center\, Inc. from\n\n1987 2002 as the Executive Vice President/CFO\, then to Jurgonski & Fredlake CPAS from 2002 2012 as an Audit Manager achieving Partner status in 2010. Currently CFO of Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen\, IN.\n\nHe's a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the\n\nIndiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nAssociate Attorney - Barnes & Thornburg A skilled communicator and critical thinker\, Colin guides clients through successful deals and drafts transactional documents including\, asset purchase agreements\, entity governance documents\, independent contractor agreements\, and real estate purchase agreements.\n\nColin gained experience working in M&A tax with one of the big four accounting firms. While there\, he created multiple tax models\, including one for advising on the tax-optimal capital structure of a domestic subsidiary being funded by a foreign parent based on an analysis of Internal Revenue Code provisions\, treasury regulations\, and common law.\n\n \n\n \n\nManaging Director and CEO - Lynk Benefits and Management Solutions Lynn graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelors degree in Organizational Communication. Her professional experience includes HR Management\, Consulting\, as well as 10 years at the Director level for large a multi-state automotive supplier. Lynn is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has held her insurance license since\n\n2000. Her expertise includes developing benefits solutions tied to recruitment and retention strategies\, HR issues such as mergers\, acquisitions\, and divestitures\, as well as being a subject matter expert in all functional areas of Human Resources\n\nManagement.\n \n\n \n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nMargie Rodino\n\n\n\nChief Culture Officer - Robert Weed Margie is responsible for aligning Robert Weed's people strategies with their business strategies to accelerate impact. Her goal is to attract amazing talent and retain every single employee.
