DESCRIPTION:A 5K Run/Walk benefitting The Window\, Inc. This race begins and ends in Shanklin Park\; running/walking along the Millrace\, and looping through Shoup-Parsons Woods before coming back to Shanklin via the Millrace.  The majority of the route is on a crushed gravel path that is relatively flat.  The path is lined with trees on one side and a canal on the other.  You will see the Goshen Dam and run through wooded areas as you make your turn. You are free to run or walk this race. We are allowing jogging strollers\, but ask that those with strollers start in the back since the path is so narrow.  Shirts are only guaranteed to runners registering 8.11.2023 or before. Prizes will be given to the top 3 finishers\, male and female in 9 different age groups. The race will be timed by Watts My Time.  THE RACE WILL BE AN OPEN START
