Benefits from the plunge will go to the Boomerang Backpack Program at area schools. Prizes for most money raised and best costumes. Registration forms available at Oakwood Resort or Syracuse Chamber of Commerce. An award ceremony will follow on The Pier Restaurant back porch where food and drink will be available followed by live music from 6pm to 9pm in the Pier Bar.
