DESCRIPTION:Goshen Health System will offer a number of free cancer screenings to the community during its Community Screening Day on Wednesday\, September 8\, from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Arbor Conference Center\, just inside the main lobby of Goshen General Hospital\, 200 High Park Ave\, Goshen.\n\n\n\nFREE cancer screenings and assessments include:\n\nLung Health Assessments - Lung function test and\, if necessary\, free follow-up evaluation with a pulmonologist\n\nProstate Cancer Screening - PSA blood test and Digital Rectal Exam\n\nColon Cancer Screening - Receive a fecal occult blood home test\n\nSkin Cancer Screening - For specific areas of concern\n\n\n\nAdditional\, non-cancer screenings ? such as muscle\, joint and balance\; diabetes\; fitness\; BMI\; sleep\; urinary incontinence\; and heart monitor pattern assessments ? will also be free of charge. Individuals may also participate in vascular screenings to assess risk of stroke\, abdominal aneurism and Peripheral Arterial Disease\, fasting lipid profiles\, blood glucose\, bone density and liver enzyme screenings for a nominal fee.\n\n\n\nRegistration is required for all screenings.
