DESCRIPTION:Join our highly inspired and high-octane cardio and strength training program. This workout concentrates on motivating you while providing the basics\, moving you into your best personal fitness while you have tons of fun! Each eight-week session meets outdoors at Rieth Interpretive Center\, 410 West Plymouth Avenue\, and will incorporate our new outdoor fitness park. Class meets for one hour Saturdays at 8 am\, and one hour Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm. Cost for the eight-week session is $45 or $5.50 per class drop-in rate. Pre-registration is required at the Goshen Parks & Recreation Office\, 607 West Plymouth Avenue.
