DESCRIPTION:The 7 Stages of Growth provides an assessment of a company's past\, present\, and future growth issues.  It provides the President / CEO a roadmap and strategic plan to improve the company's ability to grow and become stronger.  The perspectives of each member of the leadership team are compared and "hidden agents" and other obstacles are identified\, leading to development of key initiatives to overcome those obstacles and barriers to success and growth.\n\n \n\nChuck Bower of Hawthorne Services\, LLC will present the 7 Stages of Growth research and how it helps companies with their strategic planning.  The suggested audience for this interactive presentation includes business owners\, Presidents / CEO's\, and Controllers and CFO's of companies with 15 to 200 employees.  This lunch and learn event will be October 17th from 11:30 am to 1 pm at the Chamber offices.
