Apr 6 Chamber University: What is IT?
Chamber University is a professional development program for you and your organization.  Chamber University is brought to you by Goshen Health and Insight Accounting Group.  Chamber U will have many different topics throughout the year, and always try to enhance you or your organization.

This month, we dive into the world of IT for business.  Grant Martin and Bill Haughee, from BlueStar, Inc., will be presenting some tips and tricks for anyone to understand in today's IT business climate.  Here is how they describe the presentation:
"In today’s fast paced world, technology touches nearly everything we do. Proactive management of IT resources helps ensure the viability, stability and overall health of the systems critical to your business. This session will cover the basics of proactive IT management, and give the attendees concrete suggestions for ways to approach this sometimes daunting task."

Join us on Thursday, April 6th from 8am to 9:30am as we talk about this topic and look at the IT landscape, how to be proactive with your IT, and how to best decide what IT solutions you need for you and/or your organization.

Apr 29 Wings for All
On Saturday, April 29, families are invited to Wings for All at the South Bend airport. Wings is a chance for children with autism or other intellectual or developmental disabilities to earn their wings by trying out the various airport procedures associated with flying. During the free event, families will check in, clear security, board an airplane, fasten their seatbelts and prepare for takeoff. All airport personnel, Transportation Security Administration staff and airline employees will carry out their regular duties to show children and family members what to expect during a typical domestic flight. For security reasons, all families are required to register by April 22 by completing the online form found at adecinc.com. Up to two family members or support staff can accompany each individual with a disability. Participants will begin boarding the aircraft at 1 p.m., but participants are asked to arrive at the airport by 12 p.m. to allow ample time for check-in and security. Participants 18 years and older are required to bring a valid form of government-issued ID. For more information, contact Jessica Koscher at koscherj@adecinc.com or 574-848-2421 or Michelle McGuin at mcguinm@adecinc.com .
