This is another added layer of fun in preparation for your Daddy Daughter Valentine Dance or just to have some awesome dad and daughter time. This class includes basic partnering skills, waltz, swing and merengue mixer that can all be used to spiff-up your dancing skills. Two class dates to choose from: Class I: Saturday, January 9 Class II: Saturday, February 6 Class meets for 90 minutes from 10?11:30 am at our downtown dance studio, located at 216 South Main Street. Each class is $15 per couple.

Dan Lopez is part of the Olson Twin Band that is comprised of Clint Olson and Dan Lopez. Dan and Clint first started playing together in the Beaters 8 years ago and played acoustic gigs over the years in the area as well. After deciding to get a bit more serious about things they formed the Olson Twins and have been steadily playing in the area since. They play a mix of songs acoustically from the 60's to the present. With harmony being their strong suit

Mark your calendar and get your tickets for this elegant evening! As always, this traditionally treasured dad and daughter night out will include awesome music provided by a professional DJ to dance the night away to, along with refreshments, plus each girl will receive a special memento. Show your favorite valentine how special she is by joining us on Thursday, February 11 from 6 to 8 pm at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds, Goshen. Memory photos will be taken and will be available for purchase at the dance. Tickets are $12 per person and can be purchased at the Park Department Office located at 607 West Plymouth Avenue in Goshen. The Jon Durnell Duo is a two-man band featuring Jon Durnell on guitar, vocals and backing tracks and Logan Weber on saxophone. Together they play interesting and unique renditions of many of the hottest pop, rock, blues and dance songs that you have come to know and love! From the Beatles to today's hits, the Jon Durnell Duo plays the perfect mix of music to keep you moving all night long!

This water exercise class has something for everyone and is suitable for all fitness levels. The class includes a morning stretch, thermal warm-up aerobic training as well as strength, core training, flexibility and balance. Because the water creates more resistance than land, this workout is efficient and easy on the joints and one gets a great workout without sweating. Various water levels are used to create variety and to alleviate the ability to swim. Your instructor has 25 years of experience and is trained by the Aquatic Exercise Association, an internationally acclaimed organization with the highest of standards. She believes that exercise and fitness are crucial to each individual?s physical, psychological and emotional health. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6 - 7 am, at the Goshen Middle School pool. Fees: $6 drop-in rate or $5 per class if you sign up for an entire session. You can pre-register at the Parks Dept office or register/pay at the class. Dates: Winter II: February 16 ? Public Policy: Federal Legislative Update
Join the Goshen Chamber in welcoming Representative Jackie Walorski for a Federal Legislative update on Wednesday, February 17th at 8am at the Goshen Chamber building.  Representative Walorski will be speaking and answering questions.  This event is free to attend; however, we ask that you register online to attend by clicking the link below. 

Joe will entertain you with the sounds of Motown, Soft rock, Smooth jazz, and Island Grooves. He plays hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's along with current tunes and originals.

Sunday Jams will soon start up for the season at the "V" (Goshen VFW Post 985). This season we will JAM on the 3rd Sunday.  Doors open at Noon. Public Welcome. Music is Free. Food, Non Smoking, All Ages.. Some of the best music around.   Monthly 3rd Sunday .    Come in and support your local VFW and its members.   Just ask if interested in becoming a member.

Ivy Tech Community College is offering an Ivy Tech White Belt training course and certification to help participants attain valuable skills employers seek. The skills and knowledge attained by completing the White Belt training class will be utilized in a business setting, healthcare, manufacturing and many other industries. Ivy Tech's Certified Quality Trainers will teach this noncredit workshop. The final exam is a 30 minute test and will be administered at the end of the session.

Matt Swick and Garry Jones have been bringing their brand of acoustic music to the Northeast Indiana music scene since 2009.
