Ervin, preacher, teacher, author and current Executive Director for Mennonite Church USA will sign copies of his books from 6 - 8 p.m. on First Friday. Enjoy the stories his mother (Emma, A Widow Among the Amish) and his father (Tobias of the Amish), or his newest fiction - Jacob's Choice (the first in a new trilogy). Stop by for your own copy of these dramatic but true to life stories of Amish life and history. Ervin will read selections from his books from 4-5 p.m. and sign copies from 6-8 p.m..

As one half of Yellow Dead Bettys, Chris and Renata formed an unusual, yet undeniably strong musical bond. Oldies, Classic Rock, Alternative and Contemporary pop collide into an eclectic show that transcends the acoustic duo genre. The resulting chaos can only be described as BASKETCASE.

Local High School Students will be introducing their new businesses. The students have completed The Young Entrepreneurs Academy which teaches them not only the importance and purpose of social and business entrepreneurship, but also the process by which they can establish a business enterprise or social movement.

Kids are invited to set up Lemonade Day stands at Concord Mall. A limited number of spaces are available. Please complete a license agreement to reserve your space. License agreements are available at Customer Service.

South Bend, Indiana native Delta Dave Snyder is a Delta Blues musician. A master slide guitarist and Delta-styled finger-picker, Dave displays the traditional technique of striking bass lines with his thumb while plucking melody lines or implied chords with his forefinger tricking the ears into believing that two guitarists are performing when in reality there is only one. Dave has thirty years of touring experience in clubs, coffee houses, festivals, and colleges. Whether covering a time-tested blues standard, or a newly written original, Dave's performances are always exciting, engaging, and energetic.

Your family ?pair? will collaborate to complete a masterpiece for you to display in your home or give as a gift. The family pair consists of one parent or adult, and one child or youth. The class will consist of step-by-step instruction and guidance from our artist for you to complete a masterpiece to take home. All supplies to complete your artwork will be provided with the exception of a smock or apron. And, of course, brownies will be served! Join our highly inspired and high-octane cardio and strength training program. This workout concentrates on motivating you while providing the basics, moving you into your best personal fitness while you have tons of fun! Each eight-week session meets outdoors at Rieth Interpretive Center, 410 West Plymouth Avenue, and will incorporate our new outdoor fitness park. Class meets for one hour Saturdays at 8 am, and one hour Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm. Cost for the eight-week session is $45 or $5.50 per class drop-in rate. An event for children who are interested in dinosaurs! During these ?digs? the junior paleontologists will experience the wonder of excavating fossils, piecing them together and learning about the mysteries of our living past. Roustabout is a folk band steeped in Americana playing original tunes and covering a diverse set of artists ranging from the Avett Brothers to Death Cab for Cutie. Sounds include folk, a bit of rock and even some jazzy love boat inspired grooves. Expect an intimate stripped down sound delivered with great vocal harmonies, and as many different acoustic instruments as four guys can play (guitars, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, upright and electric bass, and light percussion).

The Broke & Hungry Blues Band is a band of the people, for the people. The band comes on stage flying and hit the crowd with a double dose of the Blues right between the eyes. They are a talented local group with 25-30 years of music experience and they are a Blues force to be reckoned with. Their selections pay homage to all of the great forefathers of Blues as they attack the classics.

Matt Swick and Garry Jones have been performing tunes together since 2008. They bring together elements of folk, blues, Americana, rock, and pop music for a wonderful blend of music that anyone can enjoy. Matt Swick plays guitar (primarily acoustic), sings, and writes a large number of the original songs featured by Swick & Jones. Garry Jones is a jack-of-all-trades, and master of all. Jones plays cajon, djembe, and a wealth of other percussion instruments. Additionally, Jones lends years of experience in blues harp and is known to add sweet vocal harmonies to the mix.

Ever wonder what it?s like to take a breath underwater? Or what it?s like to be a fish? Find out at Shanklin Pool on Saturday, May 30 and Saturday, July 18 from 10 am to noon. Join dive instructor Greg Stoner and other master divers who will be on hand to let you experience the underwater world. All equipment will be provided. Just bring your swimsuit and towel and be ready to get wet. This introduction to scuba (which stands for self-contained underwater breathing apparatus) is just $5 per day! Pre-registration is required at the Goshen Parks & Recreation Office by Wednesday, May 27 and July 15. For ages 10 to adult.

The trio of Doug Hartle, Barb Jones, and Dave Horner make up Classic Voice. They are a professional vocal entertainment group that sings classic hits from the 50's through the 90's, rockabilly to rock, swing to standards. Their voices blend as they sing songs from Sam Cook, The O'Jays, Jimmy Buffet, The Doobie Brothers, The Monkees, Neil Diamond, The Brian Setzer Orchestra and much, much more.
