Event Description:

Beginning in February 2017, we will be offering a leadership training program for your team. Justin Maust will be facilitating 7 weekly sessions focused on improving communication, driving organizational clarity, increasing leadership capacity and helping you achieve meaningful organizational goals. Through the Building Powerful Team: 7 Practices that Determine Team Success, we aim to help Elkhart County nonprofit leaders build more powerful teams to increase their overall effectiveness.
